2. Purpose and Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern sales made on connect7e.com to customers consumers and professionals, in France and internationally. They focus on:
- Digital content to download (e.g., STL, STEP, packs).
- Standard physical products (finished 3D prints, textiles, stickers, promotional items).
- Custom products made to order.
All orders imply full and complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Product Information
3.1 Digital Content
The digital files are provided exclusively in electronic format. They are licensed for use private and non-commercial. Any resale, redistribution, or commercial use is prohibited without the Seller's written consent. The Seller does not guarantee perfect printability on the Customer's equipment or software. Print quality depends on external factors (settings, materials, machines).
3.2 Standard Physical Products
Product photos may show accessories not included (e.g., game controller, headset, or third-party mount). The product description is authoritative. Slight variations due to additive manufacturing (finishes, dimensions, colors) are possible and do not constitute a defect.
3.3 Customized Products
Any product manufactured according to the Client's specifications (custom dimensions, specific colors, markings, on-demand 3D printing) is considered personalized. After validation of the files, mock-ups or proofs, the order becomes final. In accordance with article Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, These products are not eligible for the right of withdrawal.
4. Prices, Currencies and Taxes
Prices are shown in euros including VAT For EU customers. Outside the EU, taxes and customs duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Prices are subject to change at any time, but the applicable price is the one in effect at the time of the order. Preparation, packaging, and delivery fees are specified before confirmation.
5. Order and Customer Account
Order confirmation entails payment obligation. The information provided must be accurate; in case of an incorrect address, the cost of reshipping will be charged. Business customers can use manual quoting and invoicing, with orders becoming firm upon acceptance of the quote and payment. The Seller may refuse an order in case of suspected fraud, a prior dispute, or non-payment.
6. Payment
Payments are secured via Revolut (credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Business orders based on quotes are paid by bank transfer. An order is registered after payment confirmation. The Seller may request supporting documents in the event of a fraud investigation.
7. Delivery
Delivery options:
- France Mondial Relay, Chronopost Relais, Colissimo Domicile, Chronopost Express.
- Europe (Germany, Belgium, Spain, Italy) Chronopost Relais, Delivengo Easy.
- Rest of the world : Delivengo Easy.
Delivery times are approximate. In the event of non-collection from the pickup point, return by carrier (address unknown, unjustified refusal), the costs charged to the Seller may be passed on to the Customer. The Seller will offer either reshipment after payment of the costs, or a refund for the product less the actual costs incurred. The Customer must check the condition of the package and report any damage to the carrier, then inform the Seller with supporting documentation.
8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
- Exclusion (Art. L221-28) No right of withdrawal for the digital files (the execution of which began after the consumer's express agreement and express waiver of their right of withdrawal) and the custom products.
- Standard products The consumer has 30 days After receiving the product, you may return it. Products must be returned new, complete, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defect. Refunds are processed within 14 days of notification, subject to receipt or proof of shipment.
9. Legal Guarantees and After-Sales Service
All physical products benefit from legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects, in accordance with the Consumer Code and the Civil Code.
- The legal guarantee of conformity applies for a period of two years from the date of delivery of the goods (or digital content).
- The digital files are provided “as is” for private use, without any guarantee of specific compatibility.
For all after-sales service requests, the Customer must provide proof of purchase and supporting documents.
10. Intellectual property, digital file licensing, anti-scraping clause
10.1 Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including digital files, 3D models, visuals, photographs, videos, texts, descriptions, logos, trademarks, graphic charters, and design elements, is protected by intellectual property law. This content remains the exclusive property of the Seller or its successors in title.
10.2 Digital File License
Unless otherwise stated, digital files are provided under a personal, non-exclusive, non-assignable and non-transferable license, strictly limited to private use.
Without the Seller's prior written consent, it is prohibited, in particular:
- any commercial, professional, promotional or advertising use
- any resale, making available, sharing, donation, exchange, publication or distribution of the files, even free of charge
- any modification, adaptation, derivation, translation or integration of the file into another file or digital product, even partial
Any unauthorized use constitutes infringement and exposes the perpetrator to prosecution.
10.3 Anti-scraping clause, automated extraction, artificial intelligence systems
It is strictly forbidden to extract, collect, copy, reproduce or reuse all or part of the site's content, including descriptions, texts, images, videos, digital files and databases, by any means whatsoever, including via robots, scripts, automated tools, indexing systems or artificial intelligence systems, without prior written authorization from the Seller.
Any unauthorized extraction or reuse constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights and, where applicable, the rights of the database producer, and may give rise to any appropriate action, including legal action.
11. Specific products related to parachuting
Some products (e.g., camera mounts for skydiving helmets) are intended solely for users legally authorized to use them in flight. In France, this includes holders of the Autonomous Parachutist Certificate (BPA) or any recognized equivalent. The buyer acknowledges being solely responsible The customer is responsible for complying with current regulations and safety guidelines related to the use of this equipment. By placing an order, the customer confirms having read this restriction and agrees to abide by its conditions.
12. Promotional Offers and Discount Codes
Promotions and codes may be offered for a limited time. Unless otherwise stated, they cannot be combined or exchanged. Quantity discounts may be granted to professionals and dropzones upon request, for finished products only.
13. Retention of Title and Transfer of Risk
The products remain the property of the Seller until full payment is received.
- For consumers: The risks of loss or damage are transferred to the Customer when the latter (or a third party designated by him, other than the carrier proposed by the professional) takes physical possession of the products (Article Article L216-4 of the Consumer Code).
- Exception: If the Customer entrusts delivery to a carrier of their own choosing and not offered by the Seller, the risk of loss or damage is transferred to the Customer upon delivery of the products to that carrier.
14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
THE French law applies. For consumers, the competent courts are those designated by the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure and the Consumer Code (at the consumer's choice, the court of their place of residence or that of the place of delivery). For professionals (B2B), exclusive jurisdiction of the Paris courts.
Consumer mediation can be requested in accordance with Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code. The mediator's contact details will be provided on the website where applicable.
15. International Provisions
International sales are possible subject to compliance with local legislation. The Customer is responsible for the tax, customs, and reporting obligations of their country. In case of discrepancies between translations, only the French version prevails. The Seller cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of importing a product into a third country due to local regulations.
16. Entry into Force and Amendments
These Terms and Conditions come into effect on the date indicated at the top and may be modified at any time. The applicable version is that in effect on the date of the order.
