We ship our products from France to:

  • France: Mondial Relay, Chronopost Pickup Points, Colissimo Home Delivery, Chronopost Express Home Delivery
    Free delivery from €60 purchase via Mondial Relay.

  • Europe (Germany, Belgium, Spain, Italy): Chronopost Pickup Points, Delivengo Easy Home Delivery
    Free delivery from €100 purchase via Chronopost Pickup Points.

  • Worldwide: Delivengo Easy Home Delivery

Processing Times

Processing and shipping times vary depending on the order:

  • Standard products Shipping typically takes 1 to 2 business days.
  • Custom products / on-demand 3D prints: timelines vary depending on complexity and are confirmed at the time of order.

Delivery times are indicative and depend on the selected carrier. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs procedures, or force majeure events.

Tracking

A tracking number is provided as soon as it becomes available. The customer is responsible for tracking the parcel and collecting it from the pickup point within the required timeframe.

Unclaimed parcels and carrier returns

In case of non-collection, incomplete address, or unjustified refusal, the carrier may charge return fees. These costs may be passed on to the customer. A new shipment can be arranged once the actual costs incurred are paid, or alternatively, a refund may be issued for the product, minus shipping and return costs.
