Returns and Refund Policy

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, consumers have a period of 30 days Customers have 14 days from the date of receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal on non-personalized physical products. The minimum legal period is 14 days, but Connec7e extends this period to 30 days for eligible products.

This policy applies to orders delivered in mainland France, Belgium and Switzerland.

To exercise their right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform the Seller in writing, by email or via the contact form on the website, before the expiry of the 30-day period.

After the request has been validated, the product must be returned within 14 days of the cancellation notification. The product must be returned complete, clean, unused, undamaged, properly protected, and, if possible, in its original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The customer may use the carrier of their choice. It is recommended to use a shipping method with tracking.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following products:

  • Custom-made products or made-to-order items (e.g. custom 3D prints, personalized textiles): no right of withdrawal applies (Art. L221-28).
  • Digital content: digital files, 3D models, STL files or downloadable content when access to the file has been provided with the Client's prior consent and acknowledgment of the loss of the right of withdrawal

Refund conditions

Refunds are processed within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the returned product or proof of shipment. Refunds are issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

In case of a non-compliant return (used, damaged, or incomplete product), a deduction may be applied or the refund may be refused.

Legal warranty

Products benefit from the legal guarantees of conformity and hidden defects. In case of any defect, please contact our after-sales service with supporting evidence.
