Our commitments
Version: 1.1, Last updated: February 11, 2025
1. Made in France, in my workshop
The marked products Made in France are designed, printed and prepared in my workshop. I design the parts, manage the 3D printing, the finishing, and the pre-shipment inspection, with one simple objective: a reliable, clean and ready-to-use product.
This mention relates in particular to my skydiving accessories, technical parts, supports and 3D printed creations. Manufacturing them myself allows me to ensure better consistency, to quickly correct any detail if needed, and to offer clear tracking on each item.
2. Designed in France, by me
The marked products Designed in France correspond to digital files (ex : STL file). They are modeled by me in France, then delivered in downloadable format, so that you can print at home or through your printer.
The goal is simple: to provide models designed to work, with a workshop-like approach (adjustments, orientation, printing without surprises), and a presentation that allows for quick understanding. compatibility, THE necessary accessories and the print settings.
3. Customized in France, textile inspected and pressed here
The marked products Custom made in France These concern, among other things, textiles. The basic garment may be manufactured outside France, but the Customization is done in France. : preparation, pressing, quality control and finishing.
On some parts, I use a marking DTF printed in France, Then installed by me. The result: clear, lasting personalization and real control over the final result, rather than standard industrial marking.
4. Materials and certifications: transparency above all
Regarding the textile references in question, I prefer products GOTS certified. GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) is one of the most recognized certifications for textiles made from organic fibers. It relies on verifiable criteria and controls throughout the chain, from raw material to part of the textile transformation.
Specifically, when a textile is indicated GOTS certified, This means, in particular:
- Biological material: The textile contains fibers from organic farming, according to the level of certification (indicated by the manufacturer).
- Environmental requirements: Strict rules govern the transformation (limited chemicals, wastewater management, restrictions on certain substances).
- Social requirements: The standard also includes basic social criteria at the level of textile production.
On Connec7e, when I mention GOTS certified, This means that I rely on a certified basic clothing by the manufacturer. Then, I ensure the customization in France (preparation, pressing, quality control and finishing). The exact certification is specified on the product sheet so that you can easily check the model in question.
5. Clear compatibility, product transparency
On Connec7e, each creation is described to avoid any ambiguity. I systematically specify compatibilities, variations, and intended uses, so you know immediately if a model matches your equipment.
For technical products, particularly in skydiving, you'll find specific information such as compatible helmets, relevant mounts, supported cameras (depending on the model), and the necessary mounting components. Any limitations are clearly indicated.
Objective: to buy with confidence, print or use with the correct references, without unpleasant surprises.
6. Support and updates, digital files
A digital file should not be disposable. When you purchase a file from Connec7e, you benefit from simple and human support if you have any doubts about a variation, compatibility, or printing issue.
I also publish updates when they improve the experience, such as tolerance adjustments, strength optimizations, or detail corrections. My goal is for the model to be reliable, easily printable, and consistent with its intended use.
The support covers file usage, version understanding, and printing recommendations. It does not replace the user's experience with their printer or hardware, but it helps prevent common errors and speeds up the process.
7. Digital file license, private use only
The digital files offered on Connec7e are original creations protected by intellectual property rights. They are provided under a private, personal, and non-transferable license.
This means that the purchase authorizes printing for your personal use, but prohibits any commercial use, modification, redistribution, resale, donation or exchange of files, except with prior written agreement.
For full details and protection against automated extraction, scraping, and use by AI systems, please refer to the Terms and Conditions., Chapter 10.2.
8. Safety, common sense and responsibility, technical products
Some Connec7e products are designed for technical uses, particularly in parachuting. When indicated, they are tested in real-world conditions, with a focus on reliability and stability.
However, 3D printing depends on the materials chosen, machine settings, orientation, infill, and assembly. Final inspection, assembly, and use remain the responsibility of the user. Before any actual use, it is essential to check the fit, secure attachment, and absence of play.
Connec7e offers clear recommendations, but does not replace the safety rules specific to your practice. For the complete framework, please refer to the Terms and Conditions., Chapter 11.
9. No AI, 100% human-designed
Connec7e's creations are handcrafted and hand-modeled. Each file and each object is the result of studies, tests and real working time, with a design logic oriented towards use and reliability.
I do not use artificial intelligence to design my products. This is also why I ask that you do not share my files, visuals, or descriptions with AI systems, nor reuse them via automated tools.
For more information on automated extraction, scraping, and use by AI systems, please refer to the Terms and Conditions., Chapter 10.3.
