⚙ 3D Printing Settings

  • Orientation : vertical printing
  • Supports: none
  • Recommended material: PLA
  • Buse: 0.4 mm
  • Layer height: 0.16 mm (0.20 mm also works very well)
  • Filling: 15 %
  • Walls: 1.2 mm (3 lines)

🪛 Assembly

  1. Print both grips (left and right) with the recommended settings.
  2. Check that the inside is clean (no filaments, no burrs).
  3. Attach each grip to the corresponding joystick on the PS4 controller.
  4. Check the fit and make a few circular movements to confirm the comfort.

🧠 Practical notes

The FPS principle is simple: Right stick higher to improve accuracy (amplitude, micro-adjustments), Left stick more comfortable for movement (larger surface area, better pressure distribution). On PS4, this improvement is particularly noticeable when playing at high sensitivity.
