A furniture handle at minimalist design inspired by Japanese, designed to provide a simple and contemporary finish to a piece of furniture, a cupboard, a wardrobe or an interior or exterior layout.
With its 180 mm in length and its 90 mm fixing center distance, The model was designed as a truly functional part, directly printable and easily reproducible on multiple doors.
Several versions are provided to maintain a consistent orientation of the Nayoki logo regardless of the handle's position, as well as a drilling template allowing the two fixing points to be easily transferred.

This allows you to combine different handle orientations on the same piece of furniture while maintaining a consistent marking.

🔩 Fixing
The two pilot holes of Ø 3.2 mm are designed to allow a M4 screws to be inserted directly into the printed material.
These are therefore not free-flowing holes for an M4 screw.
The length of the screws must be chosen according to the thickness of the door or panel on which the handle is installed.
Avoid overtightening to prevent damaging the threads created in the printed part.
📏 Drilling template
An installation guide is included in the download.
It includes two passages of 4.5 mm diameter, spaced 90 mm apart, corresponding to the center-to-center distance of the two fixing points of the handle.
It allows, in particular, to:
- Easily transfer the two fixing points
- Maintain the exact 90 mm center-to-center distance
- Repeat the same positioning on multiple doors
- Facilitating the installation of a series of handles on a piece of furniture

🌦 Indoors or outdoors
The choice of material must be adapted to the environment in which the handle will be installed.
- PLA / PLA+: primarily for indoor use
- PETG: Suitable for a functional room and for many outdoor uses
- ASA: Recommended for prolonged outdoor exposure, particularly to UV radiation, heat and temperature variations.
For furniture directly exposed to sunlight or inclement weather, choose ASA.

- Buse: 0.4 mm
- Layer height: 0.20 mm
- Walls: 4 recommended
- Filling: approximately 30 %
- Orientation : outer face of the handle against the tray, mounting brackets facing upwards
The number of walls or the filling can be increased to prioritize mechanical strength.
The final strength also depends on the material used, the quality of the printing, the screws chosen, and the support on which the handle is installed.
