1. Attach the Insta360 camera to the adapter using the supplied 1/4-20 mm screw
2. Insert the adapter into your existing Roller Mount Cookie
3. Check the camera alignment and the overall stability
4. Adjust the shooting angle according to your preferences
5. Test the edit in a controlled environment before the actual jumps.

This adapter maximizes the weight-to-strength ratio to minimize neck strain during flight. It is designed for easy handling on the dropzone, even with short intervals between rotations.

Regarding the X5 model: The Insta360 X5's charging port is located underneath the camera and is inaccessible once the adapter is mounted. To ensure maximum rigidity and sturdiness, the base of the mount is designed without any openings. Using an external battery charger is strongly recommended to recharge the camera without having to remove it from the mount and avoid repeated handling.
